At Lune, we stand behind every product we make and genuinely want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most new and unused items. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us at support@luneusa.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Standard Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of your order date for a full refund.
Please note:

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Lune (not from third-party retailers).

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer prepaid return labels.
Ineligible for return:

Opened or used skincare products

Opened or used supplements
-
Items purchased on a recurring subscription

Custom-made or made-to-order items (including custom formulations)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@luneusa.com with:

Reason for return
Once received and confirmed to be unopened and unused, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to reflect in your account.
Subscription Orders
If you're not satisfied with your most recent subscription order, you're welcome to return it for a full refund—just like any standard order. The item must be unopened and returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Please note:

Only the most recent subscription shipment is eligible for return.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled—even if you cancel your subscription afterward. However, you may still return the item once it arrives.
To cancel your subscription or initiate a return, email us at support@luneusa.com and our team will assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it ships. However, many orders are processed quickly and placed into the shipping queue, making cancellation impossible. If that’s the case, you can still return the package once it arrives by writing "Return to Sender" on the unopened box and handing it back to your mail carrier. It will be returned to us at no cost to you.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packing every order, but occasionally things may arrive damaged. If this happens, please email us at support@luneusa.com with:
