Lune wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept order cancellations or modifications once your order is placed. If you would like a refund, all merchandise must be returned. 

We do not offer refunds or returns on any subscription orders. After cancelling your subscription, orders that have been paid for or are currently processing will still be shipped.

Please note, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom-made, made-to-order items which include (but are not limited to) custom formulations once your order has been placed.

If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us, we will gladly work with you to track your order down. If we are unable to locate your package, we will replace the item for you at no additional charge


Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Lune:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Lune can be returned. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer prepaid return labels.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used skincare products. 
  • Open or used supplements
  • Any product that is not in original and unopened packaging
  • Any product purchased on recurring delivery or subscription


How to Return an Item

To return an item to Lune, simply contact us via email to start the return process. In order to better serve you, please include the following information in your email:

  1. First & Last Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Email Address 
  4. Which Products You Need to Return
  5. The Reason For The Return

Next, a representative will reach to out coordinate your return. Once we receive your items, we will ensure all products are new and sealed before issuing a refund. Once the refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to arrive in your account.

Damaged Or Broken Items

We do our best to pack and ship all order carefully, but in rare circumstances an item may show up broken or damaged. If you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us at with the following information: 
  • Order Number
  • Picture of Damaged Goods
  • First & Last Name
  • Description of Issue/Damage
We address damaged orders on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
